I purchased this a couple weeks ago and was told by the seller she acquired it from an antique store in Santa Fe, NM 10 yrs ago. She was told it is over 100 years old and was retrieved from a destroyed monastery. I have found somewhat similar items researching online. But not too much like it. Does anyone know anything about it? I believe it’s over 100 yrs ago.

The paint looks like it's been touched up over the years. Not sure if it has much value.

Not much at all - looks like made from a couple of different types of wood but prominently a chintzy type of pine - And rough cut pieces to boot. I would put some casters/wheels on it and use it for a storage unit out in the garage or barn.

It’s a little small for something like that. May not have monetary value but I personally value it and it’s story. True or not it’s got character. To me anyways.

You don't give size at all.
Looks like it is sitting on an oak table.

Yes small. Previous owner used to hide her pot in lol. I like it the way it is. I can paint but not comparable to it’s original.
