1996 Contemporary Asian Art - trying to identify artist: picture of girl

    I posted this some time ago (probably on the eBay discussion board), but didn't have any success -- I'm trying to identify the artist on this contemporary piece. Can anyone translate the signature for me? It seems like it could be a special piece. Thanks! ... Dave

    I like it, too. It's a lovely image, sensitively done. I can't read the signature, either, though.

    Thank you for the link, I had actually forgotten about the eBay board query. When I tried to track the artist down previously, I had run into a dead end, but will check again (plus I think we subscribe now to one of those art sites where there may be additional information).

    One more question - can anyone tell me what is written AFTER the date? I've found an earlier example of Kuang Xu's art with matching sig, but the earlier example doesn't include anything after the date.
