Pontil Mark trying to date

    Spanish or Mexican recycled glass.

    That does appear to be Mexican blown glass. It is produced in the town of Tlaquepaque near Guadalajara. I suspect yours isn't vintage because the quality isn't as good as it should be (i.e. straight and tall) if it were.
