    Any ideas about the signature and about the Silhouette in General?

    Should see the back too. But if I had to guess I'd guess someone with initials L.O. who made this in 1992. School art class project?

    I'm not sure about school art, the cutting seems to be very smooth. The back is just plain. This is how it looks like:
