Paris Scene? Litho

    I am thinking it is a place in Paris but not sure where exactly?
    The siggy will be hard to decipher I guess.

    I'd guess the Pont Neuf, Paris, with the monument to Henry IV.

    The sticker on the back reads by A.P.F., Inc. Frame makers & Conservators.
    I suspect the litho is one of those decorative pieces, like most of the New York Graphic Society print.

    It has a serious problem of acid leeching onto the print, so APF did a cheap half ass crappy job on this one.
