    Huh...Nauga monster.....

    Never seen one....

    ...$$$!!!...

    I will NOT forget this....THANKS.

    :)

Like the Palatnik figures. I'd never heard of them until someone posted one in a finds thread on the old boards. I thought to myself I WILL find one of those...about a year later I found a killer big penguin. I woulda walked right past it if not for that finds post.

Ok...I've thrown my own gauntlet, I think I will find one of these now. Might take a couple of years or so but thanks to this thread I WILL know it when I see it.

Have known about the elusive Naugas for a long time. Have never seen one in the wild, so to speak. You could bet that I would snatch it up were I to do so.

If you go to the forum you want (for example Antique Discussion), you should see a small box at the upper right that reads Post new Thread. Click on that and it will give you a new thread template.

Does anyone know if you can see that clearly on a 3 inch screen ?

Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

I just checked... it looks pretty large on a Samsung Galaxy S5 phone. Almost as large as it looks on a computer screen!

But in a different thread, bradley mentioned getting a message saying he had insufficient privileges to post. that happened to a few people last summer, and Peter had to fix it. I mentioned that in the other thread.

Well, I got the 2 Wallendorf Ballerinas for $20. Will put them on the dreaded eBay because I think that's the best venue. As I said, if DH knew that I brought more china into the house...well...the air might have a blu-ish tinge, LOL! The lower one seems fine, the taller one is missing tips of 2 fingers on one hand and one tip on the other. Nicely modelled stuff.

Nauga monster! Never heard of them, so cute and ahead of its time.

I went to an estate sale in another county in a town I have never visited. I should have gotten up early because I am sure I missed a ton of great costume jewelry. However, I did pick this up- .80 center stone, two .10 each side baguettes, VS2 H color, set in platinum. It was lady's engagement ring from 1940.

That is a beauty! I have always been partial to emerald cut diamonds. Really shows off the quality of the stone to best advantage.
