Any help identifying these? Take two

Hello everybody,
New to the forum and was wondering if anybody could be kind enough to help me identify these items? We cleared my grandparents house and came across them.

I just tried post another but thread but for some reason the photos didn't show so hopefully they will work this time!

As I suspected the flatware appears to have a design registration number in the range for 1961. Can you post a picture that shows the maker's marks that trail out of the image on the right? I assume they are silverplated from what I do see.

The pewter tankard, as you can tell, was made in Sheffield, but I am unaware of way to ID who actually made it. Definitely 20th century, so not an antique.

That last pot appears to be middle eastern from what looks to me like Arabic writing but it might be something else - southeast Asian?

The "walnut" is quite odd. Not a clue what it was supposed to hold. I gather there are no marks.

It wouldn't surprise me if everything is about the age of the flatware.

 

Crazy walnut......it was sure meant to hold something tightly !!

I was thinking nutcracker too, but I've never seen any like this.

 

Definitely Arabic, so that needs some research in case it's silver. Coffee pot.

The cutlery may have some interest, even though it's plate - looks like one of the better 60s makers, but we need the mark, please.

I think the walnut may be a nutcracker.

 

PS: Yes, I've seen nutcrackers that shape!

PPS: If you google on walnut shaped nutcracker you'll find several.

Bakers.............1/2 of us here are nuts, the other 1/2 are crackers .......so you're pretty much gonna see one or the other anyways !!

PS....the humidity just started rolling in here ......& it will affect my posts....& brain....& sense of humility....ect !!!

 

Supposed to get close to 90 here, so that might affect me as well!
