    Acrylics?
Not sure of the artist's name but I doubt he is listed. Simple but I like the composition.

    Or "S. Seltel"? Don't know if that's a name?

The work does bear some similarities.

I love this. It speaks to me. Judging from your floor tiles, it looks to be a nice size, too.

Is it in nice condition? I see you have a mat....did it come with a frame? If it were mine I would sell it framed. With the right keywords I think it would sell well on ebay or Etsy.

I do pretty well with art. Even it's not a listed artist, if it's good, it will sell. I buy what I like so I it's cool if I can't get my price and keep it. Art is really the only thing I collect.

I'm drawn to MCM and 20th century which is big here in the New York Metro area. I just sold a small contemporary unsigned cubist pastel for a decent price...I picked it up for a few bucks at a tag sale. Sold quick, too.

    Good luck with it!

It is not big, about 12"x16.
Comes with simple platic frame, plexiglass and simple paper mat. I emailed Sharon Sellet, so I will let you know if it is by her if she answers.
I've always liked abstract art but never owned a quality piece. At the same time I've wondered if abstract is really an art. Like does it take a lot of skills to do a non-figuritive composition, why Rothko sells for millions etc...
This painting may not be a masterpiece but I kind of feel it. It is simple but I feel like whoever did it not just made few splashes in colors but has a story behind it...
