    Thank you and I am not mad at Kingofthings I just took it the wrong way. I am new at this but interested in finding things that mean something even when I have no clue what it means. History wan not my best subject. Thank you all :shame:

    Took me a bit to understand the info about this icon. It seems it is a copy of an icon found in the Monastery of Vatopedi on Mount Athos, Greece. That monastery was built during the second half of the 10th century. The actual postcard is in the Zemplén Museum in Szerencs, Hungary.
