The style looks very familiar and I am sure I've seen some other artists with similar ones but cannot read the signature on this. I tried reverse image search on google but no luck.
    Any suggestions on the siggy?
    Thanks

I really like this print, but can't find anything, either. The signature is a real puzzle... maybe starts with h or k or l?

It doesn't look neither hand-colored nor like a serigraph to me, but you've got it and it may look different to you. Someone strongly influenced by Chagall.

I doubt it would be hand-colored and a serigraph. Serigraphy is a silk screen technique using multiple screens to produce colored images.

To me that looks like hand embellished serigraph. If it is not a silkscreen, maybe you know what else it could be?

As I said, you have and I don't. It could look different in hand. It might be a lithographic process, or a pochoir, or a giclee. It does look more stencil-like in that close-up, and that's what you expect in a serigraph. What's the edition size?

    250 examples.
I've had few embellished anatole krasnyansky serigraphs and they had the same texture.
I know that the classic silkscreen looks different. Example of it is the Mao one from my other post.
As to chagall, maybe the artist has borrowed some of his style but I would not call it strongly influenced.
I am trying to search on google the subject but don't know what key words to use.

I tried doing a Google image search for your print using words like clowns, bicycles, and train, but nothing turned up.

Strange. Don't know why I did not find it the first time with the google image.
No way I can guess the siggy reads Kachan(Michael)
