Featured Design Table with decorative Fish

I've been trying to identify this table and its maker. There is no obvious signature (though it could still be hidden under the detailed hand-tooling of the metal).
My guess is that somebody who saw it will remember such a distinctive style. Any clues welcome!

Love the table, and I agree, a very distinctive style. Just wondering, is there any indication it once had a fitted glass top? Like supports on the inside, or a ridge running along the inside of the frame?

We've just moved to Belgium (near Tongeren) and our new gallery opened 2 weeks ago But our website is still being updated...so many things to do!

 

Congratulations! Tongeren is nice, and a good location for antiques and vintage shopping, so good choice I think.

 

Welcome. Can't help with the ID, but the table is a really nice piece. Like how the artist changes the orientation of the fish to match the different viewing angles.

 

Warning: Do not wear nylons near this delightful table!

 

There's no sign of a recessed edge so I think that it was intended to be with a sheet, as you see it (although, of course, the glass sheet may have been replaced at some point)

 

May be a limited run art piece rather than a production piece.
