Elegant Glass? Cobalt Blue and Amethyst Color. Maker?

    Good Morning Antiquers!
    I just realized I didn't describe the bowl.
    In addition to being a deep blue color, the bowl exhibits flashes of Amethyst.
    Diameter: 5 inches. Height: 3 inches.
    Is it elegant glass? Does anyone recognize the maker?
    Any information would be greatly appreciated.

    Welcome! OK that said, I'd have jumped on that blue bowl too. A lot of us would. @Ownedbybear is a sucker for cobalt glass if I remember properly. I'm just a sucker for cobalt blue, any and all. That violet flash makes me think it's a lot better than the run of the mill. Just don't ask me what it is!
