Glass Cocktail Shaker

I'm not finding similar online or in my barware book for a possible maker. I'm calling it a "coaching scene" but maybe there's a better name to search? It's large - 11 3/8" tall.

No marks. Smooth, very slightly indented bottom. It's lighter weight than the usual glass shakers. I'm thinking it's not American made, maybe English?

 

The transfer may well be one of ours, the carriage and house looks right.

 

This winter I found a cocktail set with fox hunting scenes on it, clearly made in the USA - it was in the original box. I'd guess this is likely to be American as much as anything.

 

I think it is not American and probably as mentioned above English. Just my gut feeling.
