Featured Japanese Porcelain? Tea Set (unsure if it's vintage or not)

I'm embarrassingly new to this whole thing and have zero idea how to tell if something is vintage or just modern when it comes to china. I was gifted this decorative tea set about 7-8 years ago, in a pretty old box that was originally for the set, and they were bought from a flea market, but I haven't been able to find anything similar to them or the marking online, been trying for the past 2 months. I feel like it's probably more modern, but I just want to be safe and certain. So I figured I'd ask here :)

If anyone has an idea of the age, what the marking says or can find anything online I'd be very thankful!

    Teapot is 7" W by 7" H
    Mini Plates are 4 1/2" W by 1" H
    Mini Cups are 3" W by 3 1/2" H

Hello and welcome to the board.

    Japanese
    Coffee set not tea set
After the 1970s. Maybe up through the 1990s. Doubt it is current.

It has Imari colors so I would start with Arita marks. Not saying that is what it is. Just where I would start.

I actually found something very similar when looking up imari arita coffee set, however this one had peacocks on it and seems to be the only thing I can find so far. No idea what the mark looks like underneath the similar peacock set, but sellers say it says Marugo Kinsei. But I'm getting closer, thanks! :)

(example of what I found that was close)

So I managed to somehow find my set on google images about 3 times, but the ebay listing is nonexistent now and the zeppy.io's/PicClick(?) listings can't be found either. This thing really is a pain to find lol. All I can seem to find is a Peacock version and one other kind that's hard to make out, but clearly not the one I have.

However the Peacock set seems to be around the 1970-1980's time, or so some of these listings say. So that helps :)

    Hi,
remember: spout low coffee, spout medium tea, spout at the top chocolate. Coffee grounds sink to the bottom, tea leaves float to the top chocolate needs stirring at the top.
