Hello. I picked up this painting cheap. The owner didn't know anything about it.
Can anyone help with your thoughts, opinions, ideas of how to figure out the artist, age, or anything else about it?

It appears to be a decorative painting rather than fine art. Of the "hang and enjoy" school. The numbers in pencil are likely an inventory code. Not terribly old. 1970s or later.

Welcome! We used to call that a "starving artist sale" piece of art; it was painted in a "factory" rather than by an individual artist, from a pattern or formula. Meant to be decorative, which it is.
