Hamilton Industries, Inc. lamps

Hello there! I just bought a Hamilton Industries goose-neck lamp for $1 at a local thrift store, and I'd like to hopefully find out more about it and the company. The model of this lamp is 99C, it’s 117 volts and the bulb is a GE #93; it still has the original sticker on the bottom! It was also made in Japan. I've included some photos of it for reference (please excuse how dirty it is, I haven't had a chance to clean it up yet). It was working until I broke the solder on the bulb trying to get it out; the top of the lamp is wobbly and I was hoping to secure it, but that's apparently impossible unless I undo the wiring, and since I've already broken one part of it, I think I'm just going to leave it alone for now. Thankfully, my brother knows someone who's experienced with older lighting and wiring techniques, so I'm going to get this guy to have a look at it and let me know how I should proceed.

Anyway, I'd love to know more about Hamilton Industries, Inc. I haven't had much luck with Google so far, but Ebay and Etsy have quite a few other lamp models from this company going for much more than just a dollar. I also interned at a museum a few towns over and I know they have a few old catalogs and a plethora of newspapers with advertisements, so I thought I might peruse those at some point. If anyone has anything to share about the company or any other resources that I might reference, I'd really love to hear about them. Thanks!

 

Looks like 70's, as far as Hamilton Industries - it is kinda hard to find info about them as the name was used by other companies - even as far away as China.

 

Funny there isn't more on internet about Hamilton Industries. Lamp manufacturer headquartered at 1319 S. Michigan, Chicago, IL and owned by U.S. Industries Co. All pretty generic. And, to my eye, your lamp looks a bit earlier. 1960s.
