Can anyone tell me anything about this please?

    Label may tell someone of the potential date.
    It is about 11-1/2" tall.
    About 7-1/2" in diameter.
    The lighter color is under the flat back which seems to be scraped away.
    Looks like there is a seam for sure.

    That seems to be a generic Made in Mexico logo. I just googled Hecho en Mexico foil stickers hoping the eagle head was associated with a specific company, but it seems it represents their national bird.
    The finish is most likely distressed on purpose at the factory to make it look old and well used. Archaized is a new term I've seen being used lately. Or it could be that it flakes off easily.
