I am not sure what they are or where I can find information on them. Please help

I'm thinking scribers tools for mold making or scrimshaw like carving.

What an interesting set. And complete. I would guess for some kind of fine carving.
The middle tool in the third piccy down has some letters and numbers, therefore a chance of tracking a maker?

Brass would not be for carving. I'm thinking more like soldering / wood burning tips.

The piece of paper in the 5th photo down is a recording of each piece of instruments stamp markings or identification. I could not find anything unfortunately, my research into identifying this equipments use has been quite extensive and depthy.

It's possible they are beryllium copper tools made for use in a non sparking situation. I have had a few but mine were larger like shovels and scoops and were marked as beryllium-copper. Yours have thin sharp points and brass does not work well for those uses. Dennis
