    I think it "represents" two intact hearts and a third heart broken (perhaps because the two "whole" hearts have chosen each other).

    I rather thought it was single person in a somewhat twisted position. Have you taken the back off yet or is it all one piece?

    The pieces are glued to the paper board, that is glued to the wooden board. Found nothing about artist or any other info.
    To me it also looks like a human figure. Reminds me a bit of Matisse cutouts.
