Brad-Great finds & good eye ! The last 2 are very intriguing-I like well done semi & full-on abstracts.
You and A.Journey should get together & do some Educated art picking.I find every day, you're never too old to learn something new.

Which work gives you the most pleasure, Brad? The one you go back to.

I think I like the Karlstrom the best. I like the Feinstein a lot. Something about the Pugh draws me in, though I don't think it as accomplished. These are all my more recent purchases. I don't know if I will end up hanging any of them long term. I don't like the presentation on the Karlstrom even though it is as the artist intended. If I get it reframed, I would consider hanging it.

    Here are a few more....

This is a small pastel. It is faintly signed but I have not been able to make anything of it. I was hoping the photo of the signature would help but, even enhanced, there is not much to see.

This painting is signed Allen on the front and as shown on the back. Titled Fall in Parke Co. Indiana.

This small African motif pastel on colored paper is a typical MCM decor piece. It is signed Ed with a scribble afterward. I don't think it really matters who did this.

This medium watercolor still life is reasonably accomplished. Signed only Maude. I also like the oak frame and may use it for something else down the line.

I like that African-ish one too. It might even be the real deal, made for the export market.

    Here's a few more.

There were several pieces that appear to be by a couple. I bought a few but also left a few behind that I did not like as well. These first two medium sized mixed media pieces incorporate photography. These are by Leyroy A. White.

These two are by his wife, Patricia Ungerer White. First is a medium sized acrylic on canvas. Interestingly, this is supposed to be NYC at 9-11 and has an exhibition tag.

This medium sized one is a mixed media semi-abstract still life.

Just did a little looking and found this by Patricia. It was sold by our local Goodwill, parent location. The ones I bought must have slipped through to the floor, while this one got sent for auction. I paid a lot less than what this sold for.

I find info for her having exhibited in Ohio.

    ..... and more.

This is an old very small oil by listed artist William P. Cleaves. I have only been able to find some etchings by this artist for comparison. The signature matches so I am pretty confident in the attribution.

This is a small block print on thin paper. At first look, it seems unsigned. However, the letters on the boat could be artist's initials. Otherwise, maybe the store sign is the signature?

I think this is a small limited edition serigraph. It is by Southern artist, Marcia McDade. Love it when you have good documentation on the back like this. Kind of surprised by the original price on this.

Yeah .... maybe in line for tourist area prices. Particularly if bought in South Beach. High by Midwestern standards.

I think this is the last of my thrift art purchases for the past year.

This medium watercolor is signed what appears to be Monica. Otherwise, maybe an Eastern European surname with an accent mark? Kind of an odd perspective with little ground in view. If it weren't for the signature placement, would think it had been trimmed. I passed this by for this reason for a few weeks but ended up buying when it went to half price. Think I paid $3.00 and figure the frame worth that.

This is small oil with a bit of age is just initialed J.A.B. Was able to trace the remnant of the art store label to the long gone Barker's Art Store in Springfield IL.

This is a small watercolor by prolific artist, Roger Haas. Not really my cup of tea but he seems to have a good following. Glad it had the sticker on the back or I might not have been able to attribute this easily.
