Trying to get an idea of age and just what it is. I see lots of similar out there, but there is such a variety and range in prices. It always seems to be referred as Staffordshire. Some refer to the dog as a King Charles Cavalier, or a English Spaniel.
There are no markings on the bottom. Thanks.

The base looks too white for late 19th/early 20th. It's well modelled. My inclination is 1930s or so.

lets see. 2 back feet, 4 toes per foot

    2 X 4 = 8

The amount is spot on. :)

I was kind of thinking 30s or 40s too maybe. Which would put it at a reproduction. Just not sure what value those hold. I actually saw one very similar for sale on Etsy site as vintage. A pair for $300.

LOL I counted too and thought, yep, right amount, it just looks odd since they are all in a continuous row. He's sitting funny. But then dogs do tend to do that sometimes.

Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

Another OT post.... I found this. It's not necessary to watch the whole thing to get the idea. The dog is a spaniel, but am not sure if the right type.

Would a 1930s piece have such a small vent hole?

Quite possibly. Looks like a decent factory, for one thing.

The eyebrows and the eyes on this dog look too human! It sort of reminds me of that photoshopped image of a dog with a human face morphed into it!
