Stamp on penant lks like it says ART but not like any other I can find?

    This thing is literally driving me insane. It is so shiny and deep that I have not been able to get anything legible out of it. I put it down for a few days then picked it up again.

    It looks like it says ART but everything I look up that has that stamp has a copyright symbol after, so I am not sure. Maybe it doesn't even say that, maybe I am just making myself see something. There is also another mark that could be something.
