Welcome, Step182! That mark appears to be the 800 silver fineness mark from Iraq, mid-20th century. Because it's a small item (can we see the whole thing please?) the other 2 marks (as shown in the attachment) are not present. Your picture shows the mark upside down.

Welcome Step. I agree with Bakers, Iraq is a likely candidate.
I turned the mark the right way, the triangular shape with dots is 800 in Arabic numerals:

The pendant, the stone looks like opal glass.
I don't know much about glass stones, I believe @evelyb30 loves opal glass. Another person who might know is @Ownedbybear .

The "stone" is harlequin opal glass; they turn up everywhere.

Probably not a ton, but it's not junk either.

Mark looks Egyptian to me. A handful of countries use eastern Arabic numerals, but that squiggle above looks like an Egyptian assay office mark. The square cartouche is also characteristic.

Late, me. Yes, opal glass and very pretty it is.

This one has two dots, versus the Egyptian one dot.:)
Iraqi fineness marks have two dots instead of one. Iraq also has the assay town mark above the fineness mark, just like Egypt.

I have seen Egyptian marks with 2 dots, 1 dot, 2 dots one on top of the other like a colon punctuation mark, 1 dot placed inside the 'legs' of the 8. I'll stand by Egyptian on this one. :)

Did you see the link Bakers posted? Without a country mark it is pretty difficult to tell, but given the rather generic style together with the use of opal glass, and the two dots, my vote is for Iraq.:)

I think I'd favour Iraq. Not seen Egyptian silver with faux opals.

It doesn't look like any older jewellery I've seen from any country of the Mideast. Given that there is so much Egyptian jewellery floating around, I don't think it can be ruled out.

I saw similar generic fashion jewellery in Lebanon, and I know they make similar jewellery with faux gems, Czech glass etc in both Syria and Iraq.
