Is there anything about those 2 characters in the additional mark that look like Hebrew to you, Komo?

There was a discussion awhile back with a crossed keys mark. It didn't have the blob though.

But that one was accompanied by other recognizable marks, which this one is not.

 

Searched a bunch and no luck. I will say that your piece definitely appears like real silver to me. Can you tell us about the handle? if you knock gently on it with your knuckle does it feel hollow or solid?

Are the marks along the edge of the base? Could we also see a photo of the bottom?

I know that crossed keys (if that is indeed what we are looking at) were used in Italy (Rome Papal States) according to this website:

This was the closest I could come to a match, but really not a match at all in my opinion.
