vintage dodge inc cast metal tray

    Hi, i was wondering if anyone could help me identify this cast metal dodge inc tray? It has an image of king neptune on the front. If anyone has any info that would be great thanks!

    Thanks scout! It says "H.I.M Neptune Queen City Neptune" on the inside of the ashtray it reads "dodge Inc ©". I thought it might of been missing something. So there would of been a glass lid to it?

    what does it say underneath the Neptune mask ? Lady of the ???
    could be from a vessel. H.I.M. = Her Imperial Majesty's

    I looked this up yesterday. The ONLY references I could find to "HIM Neptune Queen City Festival" were various metalware bits and bobs.
