Help with Sterling Brooch Maker

Hi,

I'm hoping someone knows the mark on this piece - it rings a bell with me but I don't know why. I just found another one but they didn't know the mark. Any ideas or information is appreciated.

The above ebay thread references an inquiry on the 925-1000 silver board which our very own dragonflywink replied to. She mentions it possibly being from Israel. Here's the silver board thread...

This brooch was not made by lost wax casting, it was, like the other pieces I've seen with this mark, produced by electroforming, silver over a non-metallic core, wax is one material that can be used...

I'd say Israeli too, best guess. A lot of that material shows up around here, big Jewish population, and it looks familiar. It may date to the 80s or may be later.
