Beaded Native American Necklace

Not super old, but what tribe would have made this? Found at an estate sale.

this one is close. hand stitched back.
No attributions. Possible that somebody Native American assembled it, but I still think its 'in the style of' Native American.

 

I am with Dawnno, made by the Cantonese tribe of the Fragrant Waters, aka Hongkong.
Loose and missing beads and missing most of its fringe. Some homecraft person may want it for the medallion, but other than that....
