Base of a Chinese silver vase. Can anyone translate it or guess the age of the vase?

Can we see a picture of the whole vase with measurements. Need clear pictures.

other bao cheng marks were not similar to yours, and then i found this:
"The large urn

is by Bao Cheng, but not the Bao Cheng most collectors might know in Shanghai and Tientsin, both of whom were not connected. This Bao Cheng is from Beijing as the mark it carries tells us."

寶成 as seen on the stamp is the same as 宝成 (what I wrote). The first is traditional and the second is simplified Chinese.
Traditional Chinese was used prior to 1946 (correct me if I am wrong).
The stamp does not tell where the piece was made. Just the name of the maker.

From the silver box description: "Tianjin, Maker Bao Cheng (active 1895-1920). Bao Cheng was known to be one of the oldest of the group of Tianjin merchants known as the “eight great families [ba ja jia]. His silver mark is very rare and there is only one other item known to be cataloged with his mark."
