Featured Intricately tooled brass round stool with copper bottom

    Another unknown here... This stool is 14” across and 12” high. It looks to be copper on the bottom and brass was soldered to the basket mesh part around the side and the top looks to be brass. Any help with identifying its origin is appreciated!     Thank you! This has been fun ... in between packing up. I should have said that it does NOT open up but someone may have just welded/soldered it shut at some point.

    They are actually Turkish, but Turkish and Persian tend to get mixed up in internet mumbo jumbo.:rolleyes:
