    Welcome Rachel Curran - I think Bev might be onto something. I also agree with owned in that I wouldn't be at all surprised if a third pitcher (either a 6" or 9") was out there. It's too late for a wash set, I think (based on the decoration), but I've come across sets of three pitchers without the other pieces before. There won't be a lot of value in these, especially as they are unmarked, but they do have a certain charm.

    I would second Bdigger's bird of paradise, as that was my first thought.

    When I saw the marks on the bottom, I thought of the crossed swords of Meissen, but the mark seems crude and the quality of decoration just isn't there. I wonder if it isn't someone faking the Meissen mark.
