Google translate says kuwirala means "to shine" in the Chichewa language (Malawi). It also says kuwiraba means "to steal" in the Shona language (Zimbabwe). This, of course, could all be totally inconsequential.
Looks like an indigenous person from the Americas. If that is a fur collar, probably a colder zone. Southern Argentina or Chile? Just guessing...
