Does anyone know what this once was?

I found these in a barn from the 1900's last night and just wondering if anyone knows what they once went on?

 

Found in a barn and horrible pictures isn't much to go on. Size? Material? Location (and I don't mean in a barn)? Better pictures? Help us help you!

 

About a carriage size door, the big piece looks like the back windshield of an old car or carriage. South Carolina This is the only pictures I got last night. I am going to clean it up and take more after work. It is all wood.

 

Horse buggy? I'm guessing.

 

Could they be doors from an old car or truck? Isinglass windows?

 

It is plexi-glass that looks like was put on later.

 

I was wondering if the windows were actually mica; they used to use it for airplanes, back when. They do look like pieces from an early car or a carriage. Early autos were based on horsed carriages and it's hard to tell from the pieces sometimes.

 

I will have to look when I get home. I inquired with someone else and they said that it looked like airplane pieces. I need to clean it up and see what I can find out.

 

ya...look like carriage parts.....
BUT.......
maybe someone built a shelter ( cabin ) around an open tractor.....
seeing as how it's a barn find !!
