Help with artist & age of BEAUTIFUL etching(?), print(?)

Found this today at the local thrift store & thought it was cool & beautiful.
I got Ian van part of artist's name - can someone tell me the whole name?
Age?
Is it a print or etching?
Finally, can anyone tell me it's title - or what it's suppose to represent?

"Le Neptune François is one of the most elaborately decorated atlases ever published. Printed in Amsterdam by Pierre Mortier in 1693, this sea atlas reproduced the latest maps of the coast of western Europe by the French Académie Royale des Sciences.

The frontispiece of the atlas features a hand-colored engraving by Jan van Vianen, depicting Neptune riding a seashell-shaped chariot drawn by four hippocampi, mythical creatures with the upper body of a horse and the lower body of a fish.

The god of the sea is escorted by tritons, who command the waves by blowing their conch shells. In the background, an armada sails to war amid cannon fire and lightning."

Just a reminder: 'fecit' is Latin for 'made it', not part of the name Jan van Vianen.

jivvy is this part of that map? Any idea of age (looking at imprint impression I'm hopeful this is legitimately old?

ok, ok sorry! I didn't register 'frontispiece' - probably because I never saw it before.
Can you tell the age? (Appears to have some age from the plate impression's look?)

Mine measures 19.5" x 14" - same as one in link above. That one is called a title page, also that one is supposed to be from 1694 - could mine be that old?

Sorry, I cannot judge the age... I have my doubts about it being from 1694, because well, it's been reproduced a lot, so just based on statistics, it's unlikely.

But, I really don't know.

 

The frame doesn't appear that old, burlap and the bright blue make me think of 70's and 80's, but it could have been re-framed. Have you looked at the back of the print yet?
