Didn’t know where to post this, most certainly not an antique. It’s about 12” tall, there’s a candle in the middle at the bottom. It has the “tourist trap souvenir” vibe going for it, seems pretty cheaply constructed. I suppose it could be something “new-age ish” as well.

    Enjoy! Lol

Mood light. Vintage candle holder. I like it.

Hot tub, swinger vibe. I still like it.

Oh, wait a sec - is there colored water or oil in those globes?

Looks like you open and reseal with those corks.

So interesting. It reminds me of a thing that a friend brought over to show what he was going to make and sell. I kept the thing for years, so he thought I liked it.

I don't know how old you are, but can't you just see this at the Laguna Beach Sawdust Festival?

Yea, I guess that’s probably what it is. If I had a man cave I’d throw some led’s in there and give it a run.
The wood kind of throws me off. It’s familiar looking but doesn’t seem exactly like any common soft woods from here(I’m in the US).

Wonder if you light the candle, if it gets hot enough to make the oil or whatever bubble.

I think it’s held together with pitch as well.

Just noticed the corks. Did you pull one and smell? Are they scented? Light the candle, heats up for fragrance?

I did not. I was curious what was in there but afraid that the cork wouldn’t be up for re-corking once uncorked.

Is that a super bloom in California?

@Shwikman I think that's some state of the art mood manipulator from the 60s/70s.

The candle may heat oil to be used recreationally(!), just smells nice or the colored water reflects the candle and sets a mellow mood.
