    I'm not convinced these are the same artist, but it's really tough to judge because of the glare in your photo. Where was your piece found (country)?

    Any chance we could get another photo of the front and one of the back? (including frame)

    I think they are both factory art. It's not impossible they are autograph pieces, but if so, they are by someone who has developed a technique geared to prolific production.
