Hello everyone - I've got this drink dispenser shaped like a barrel or keg. The pottery part measures 6" long by about 5 1/4" high. It's a heavy piece. I assume I'm missing a stand. It seems to be a working piece so I'd also need another wooden plug. Does anyone know what time frame this falls in and/or who might have produced it? Thanks for any help you can provide!

Thanks for the name of the piece I'm missing. If I end up not selling it I'll see if I can find a tap somewhere. It's a neat piece but my experience with keggers is somewhat limited! ;)

Just an update to let everyone know I tripped over an ID for this barrel. It's a Western Stoneware Company product. The finish is their "Burnt Wood Effect." Produced late 1920's. The link below should take you to an old catalog page that shows it with its holder and accompanying glasses.

There is also some info on a matching canister set on pg. 109 of Martin and Cooper's Monmouth-Western Stoneware book.
