Hall Tree/Umbrella Stand

My grandparents bought this handcrafted hall tree from a furniture maker in 1930 in New Braunfels, TX. Looks Eastlake Victorian style to me. Trying to figure out who the furniture maker was and the current value.

You are correct: Eastlake Victorian. Walnut, ca. 1890. Very handsome, but with the decline of the brown furniture antique market, not worth what it was 20 years ago. In my part of the midwest, it would be at about $150-$300 at auction.

Probably not possible to figure out who made it. You might want to check under the marble, under the drawer or on the back, but most makers back then did not sign their work. It may have even been made in Texas! More likely, though, it was Grand Rapids, Michigan, Ohio, Chicago or somewhere in the northern midwest.
