Modern attempt at Surrealism. Probably a student or hobbyist piece.

That corrugated cardboard on the back is highly acidic and is not kind to paper over time.

My opinion is, identifying the sig would be a fruitless endeavor.

Perhaps the artist noted his inspirations for the piece. Is that written on the back of the picture itself ? This guy caught my eye going by "Sibley" ,I didnt see one quite like yours but hes very skilled so I thought maybe?

The two artists are worlds apart, in terms of skill levels.

 

Look at his other works,not just the pets. Hes as skilled in my opinion.But its just an opinion.
