The pendant looks like so-called serpentine jade, serpentine which looks a bit like jade but isn't. The colour is difficult to see against that yellow towel, but from your description it is a celadon colour, very pale green.
With that coin in the centre, it is probably meant to promote wealth.
I'm with komo, given the quality of the necklace, jade is not likely anyway.
On these necklaces beads like the ovoid and small round ones are usually calcite. There is a slight possibility that the donut beads are jade but their value would be negligible. The brownish bead rings could be carnelian. They are a nice touch.

Matt, have you tried to make a tiny scratch on the back with a knife? Not that I want you to damage it, just a tiny one. If you can scratch it, it is not jade.

Hello any jewelry I just tried to scratch it with a knife and I’m pushing as hard as I can and I can’t get it to scratch now I’m trying a sewing needle and the same thing it won’t scratch just slides right over the Surface and the stone is very cold when I pick it up if that means anything it’s 70 in the house and stone is very cold. Thanks again for the replies ..Matt

Almost everything will feel "cold" when the room temperature is 70 degrees, put it outside in 95 degree weather and it will feel warm.

Any other object in the house feels like room tempature not cold and when you touch that stone it noticeably colder just was something I noticed about the stone.

If you have other stones in the house they would most like feel the same as your "jade" piece.I have a ruby, garnet and a piece of ivory on my desk, they all feel the same since the room is 68 degrees.

The only way to be sure is have it tested, can you find someone with a gem tester?

Hello Maria I don’t know of anyone with a tester but I think I will order on tonight just to have one on hand to test other gems that I have around that’s a good idea to test the hardness. Thanks Maria for you reply .....

You will have lots of fun with your tester. When I get together with my sisters I bring mine with me, we test all our jewelry :)

One note, make sure the pieces are clean, dirty stones give a false result.
