Egyptian Plate Find

    • Shaping of bowl seems unique (Gradient Lines in Metal)
    • Border is highly varied from what I've searched
    • Backing for hanging is different from standard triangle hook
    Would like to know general thoughts on origin and dating

    Just a comment - whoever painted this, paints like I do and can't keep within the lines.

    It’s difficult to get a sense of texture from photos. What about the black, is that also metal?

    I apologize I can upload more requested photos. I’m not near it right now but last I remember the whole thing is metal. The border was more tarnished. I find the layering of the colors very unique.
