I can't get anything else out of the stamp, but I think that hardware is a replacement. It looks like there are other holes behind it. Something got lost/damaged/ old-fashioned and someone gingered this up a bit.

 

No Bonn's Street in Colchester, but there's a Bond Street. Handles look late 19th Japonaiserie/Aesthetic.

 

Looking again I think it may be ST Johns Street which does still exist. Think it is an H not an N as I first thought.
