Any help appreciated..I believe it could have been a vintage advertising logo,of some kind??...2-1/2" tall.

He reminds of the Reddy Kilowatt character/mascot. He doesn't have the lightning bolt limbs though.

 

I also thought it was Reddy Kilowatt...No Lightning Bolt.

I have one, a baby antelope? minus ears and tail. Took me a long time to identify him.
