Possible Roman Coin on Tie Clip

    I hope I'm placing this post in the right forum ;-) I have this tie clip that has this Roman looking coin. Can anyone help me determine if and what type of coin it is. The front of the coin is easy to see but the back is rather hard because of the tie clip. I have done my best taking pictures so you can see. Thank you!

    I doubt it's fake, given the origin. There's a lot of jools made in Israel from Old Stuff. I've got Roman glass necklaces.
