Lost Banksy found?! + Info on made in Palermo Italy, Madonna & child done on celluoid?

I found this yesterday at a local thrift store - the image is beautiful; is it a print?
It's on a hard plastic like material - celluoid? that is puffed outwards which I have never seen.
It also has a small hole in the back that you can look in or touch the back of the art - what is that for?
The frame itself is also beautiful - what age is it & the print/artwork?
Any information and/or thoughts about this would be greatly appreciated!

PS - The large stenciled 2nd piece made me immediately think of the artist Banksy! But I found a signature on the back of another piece (there is a stack of 10 - 15 pieces like the one I got w/different people/scenes) that said John Frazee.
Any thoughts on this piece? What would I call it (school of Banksy? Urban art?) and if I want the rest I can get them for only $20 each - should I? (only bad thing is their size & the room they'll take until I sell them)

I just found this after putting John Frazee artist florida in google search & found what I think my piece is under Burnt Offerings on his website. So is that done by burning the wood & not a stencil?
I also couldn't find any of his work for sale or sold, so I have no idea what it's worth - and if it's worth buying the rest of his pieces?
