2 Copper islanders wall decor plaque

    Hi
    I found these a while back but I can not find it now. They are probably from the 1960s. I do not have much information about them. I thought I had read they are on Australia islands but I probably am wrong. Each dimensions are about 6" x 8" x 1/4". Thank you for assistance in these items.

    Not sure what island is depicted; but these were made from kits widely available in the 1950 - 1970s; you'd use a wooden stylus to press a plain copper sheet into a plastic backing (visible in pics 2 & 4), producing the design.
    They were pretty much fantasy pictures, but these do seem to show a Caribbean theme.

    Something similar on the boards not too long ago. They're calypso dancers. Dance craze imported from the West Indies in the late 1950s/early 1960s.

    I found some more of them in ebay using the words embossed copper or hammered islanders. So, thank you for the help from you people. Rob
