Amethyst /Black Glass Creamer

    It appears totally black on the outside but when light hits the interior it appears purplish. There is a piece of glass stuck on the surface, I guess production flaw.
    Any help with origin, age etc?

    Darn, this looks so familiar. I know I've seen this pattern, but can't remember when or where.

    Found one on eBay with no ID, but it's got a couple bids with 5 and a half days to go, if you want to watch it and see how it ends.
