Featured Pearl Bracelet

When would you date this bracelet to please?
Clasp is silver. Is there a name for this style of bracelet?
Is it English and would you DIY mend it or is it worth getting it done properly do you think?

KSW, could you please open the "bracelet" and measure its length?

I have some thoughts about this multi-strand pearl piece, but I will wait until you can measure it.

 

The tube clasp and pearls don't look like they started out life together. Pearls and design look 1950s/1960s, tube clasp earlier. TME.

There's a cliff hanger!
I'm away from home until tomorrow night but I will do it then. I did try to open the clasp but it's fairly firmly gummed shut and I didn't want to force it when I didnt have time to do it carefully. It's not easy to get a good hold of it without pulling on the pearls thread which is fragile.

 

I've got sixties bracelets with that tube clasp.

 

That fits in with the pearls 50/60s suggestion above from Debora.

 

@yourturntoloveit ,sorry this has taken ages for me to get back to you. I temporarily mislaid the bracelet in my hoard!. Anyway it's 16cm. Does that tell you anything? Thankyou

 

KSW, you don't have to apologize. Thank you for the measurement of the bracelet. I figured out what I wanted to know. It really is a pretty piece of jewelry.
