Unidentified Russian Subject Drawing

I purchased this at an auction and can not identify it. It has a signature in the right corner, with some funky kind of hidden letters/words in the drawing. Also a @KXP75 in the left corner. I think the scene is Russian though the frame is from a frame shop in Provincetown Cape Cod, so it is probably not an antique. I have tried to locate the frame shop and they are not in business anymore. Phone number is not working with the frame shop. It belongs to someone else. Thanks for the assistance.

I think it's a linocut, not a drawing. I almost can't see what's written (except of the last word Istra which is a town next to Moscow). The pics are too small but here you go

КХР stands for Комбинат художественных работ (Combine of artistic works), an artists' organization based in the suburban town of Khimki near Moscow.
The artist must be Nikolai Alisov who appears in the list of members

It’s really a great piece. Lots of color, lots of details.
I will see if I am any good at this detectiving antiquing and see if I can figure any kind of value? Lol
I would like to see if the artist is still alive. I will definitely need help with that as I don’t read a lick of Russian.

I just found this on an online auction from 2018. It calls it a Russian woodcut from the late 20th century. Is it a woodcut or a linocut? and bad news for its value.
Though the auction company did not research as well as @April07 .

 

It's a linocut, it is visible in the lines. The value often depends on the number of prints that the artist produced but as part of the Combine activity, I assume those should be many.
