Painting signature help, please

I've tried a few variations of what I think it reads with no luck. Any thoughts? Thanks for your time.
The frame measures 24.5" x 16"

Thanks fig, that's kind of you! No luck finding anything with that name. Although that could be what it is, and just be an unknown artist.

It really looks like factory art to me and we all know those signatures are made up. When it's this odd, you have to wonder.

 

However....the framing looks older and that makes me think it's not factory art.

 

I agree, what a strange looking signature. That F. O. is really weird. I have no idea what that could be short for.
But I think the framing is pretty neat though. It's some sort of textured finish.
