2 chairs need age and maybe maker of one

    Trying to get info on these two chairs for a friend. I am more interested in the tall chair even though it is missing a spindle on each side of the bottom. The marks are the bottom of the tall chair. Does the shorter chair have a name? Thanks any info will be appreciated

    The 1st chair looks to be 1960s,the rocker is turn of the century mass produced .Last century,not this one. :)

    Not a rocker is it? Agree circa 1900. Might try spindle barrel back chair for the first one. Agree, not terribly old.
